DHLEU shall endeavor to further the aforesaid objects by all legitimate, peaceful & democratic methods such as legislation &, in the last resort, by strikes & similar other methods, as the DHLEU may, from time to time, decide.

• Establish a socialist state in India
• Socialize & nationalize the means of production, distribution & exchange
• Ameliorate the economic & social conditions of the working clas
• Watch, promote, safeguard & further the interests, rights & privileges
• Secure & maintain for the workers
• Co-ordinate the activities of the trade unions affiliated to the HMS
• Abolish political or economic advantage based on caste, community, race or religion
• Fight against all forms of social oppression & injustice
• Fight against all forms of atrocities against women & harassment
